Some time ago, I was invited to review on Panasonic’s Beauty product and last weekend, I was invited once again. This time its a cooking demo and I got the chance to learn to whip up 4 dishes with Panasonic’s home appliances. It was hosted by Auntie Teresa whom have been working with Panasonic for ages and she holds many cooking session every now and then.
I volunteered myself to help Auntie Teresa and learn how to make Steamed Chocolate Cake because I have a sweet-toothed boyfriend. But because it kinda needed longer waiting time and slightly more steps to be ready, I did the preparation for the chicken as well. (yes, raw chicken) It was my first time battling with a raw chicken face-to-face and I have to stuff the glutinous rice into its stomach. *gross* Watch how I did it. Photo credit: My dar, Lynda.
It was ready after about an hour, with Panasonic conventional oven, you can grill, steam, cook everything. The taste is good and most importantly, its convenient! Some other bloggers got the chance to do other dishes. We had a great time feasting as well. The chicken is so tender *drool*
I’ve been a fan of Sesame dressings for salads and usually I get them from Sheng Siong Supermarket at 10 for 2 bottles. Now the tips I gotten from these cooking demo, I can now make my own sesame dressings at home, what a way to save isn’t it? By the way, those main recipes used during this workshop was from Omy’s Best Cooking Blog 2015 winner’s website. Do drop by for more if you’re interested!
